When will my product ship? 

Once order is received, product will ship out within 1-3 business days. Tracking will be sent once order is shipped. 

What are the recommended storage conditions? 

Store in a cool, dry place for best results. 

What is the return policy?

Unopened product (with seal) can be returned up to 30 days after purchase and a full refund will be issued. Returns can be requested by e-mailing customerservice@daizeskincare.com. 

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please e-mail customerservice@daizeskincare.com with a description of the damage, your order number, and photos of the damage. From there, we will work with you to either send a replacement item or issue a full refund.
